Body Performance Fitness membership options:
We offer personal training memberships in order to provide you with the most individualized plan for you to achieve you fat loss and fitness goals. Each personal training session will have up to 2 participants as this provides the benefits of added peer support, accountability, and motivation. This means even better results for our members!
Personal Training timeslots (capacity = 2 per timeslot)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30am, 7:30am, 9:30am
Tuesday, Thursday 6:30am, 7:30am, 4:30pm
Our personal training memberships are in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month blocks and start at just $449/month. The math says it comes out to only $60 per session, however our philosophy at Body Performance Fitness is that we are providing our members a plan to achieve your goal within your desired timeframe. In other words, they are not just paying for sessions are our coaching and support extends beyond each 1 hour training session.
