Chris Brown is the founder and owner of Body Performance Fitness. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also holds a Honours Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology from Brock University where he graduated from in 2009. He has worked as a personal trainer since 2008 after completing a summer long internship at SST Burlington in 2007 working with hockey and football athletes from recreational levels up to college and professional players. Since 2009, Chris has worked with predominantly general population clientele looking to lose body fat, look better, and build up their fitness after rehabbing an injury. Chris has also maintained some work with a number of hockey and football athletes from grades 7 up through university since 2010, including professional baseball players from the Toronto area.

Chris’s passion for fitness began while he was an undersized competitive athlete, playing on the prestigious Canadian Thunderbirds baseball team in the former Canadian Elite Baseball Conference while also captaining his high school baseball team to the Toronto City Championship in 2004. After his amateur baseball career ended after high school, he began to get interested in the possibility of fitness as a career. However, he still continues to love baseball and still play it every summer in Toronto.
